Shipping Policy

We currently deliver across India to pincodes served by our courier partners. You can check your pincode on any product page.

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of being placed, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Delivery usually takes 2 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. For smaller orders the shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

All orders are prepaid. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets through secure checkout. Cash on delivery is not available at the moment.

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking link by email or SMS. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update.

Weather, strikes, festivals and other events outside our control can delay couriers. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or because nobody was available, the parcel may be returned to us and re-shipping charges may apply.

Every order ships in plain outer packaging that does not describe the contents.
