Terms of Service

Our games are designed for players aged 14 and above. Orders must be placed by someone aged 18 or older, or with the consent of a parent or guardian.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We try to show products accurately, but colours and packaging may vary slightly. We may change prices or discontinue products without notice.

An order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from us. We may cancel an order because of stock, pricing errors or suspected fraud, in which case any amount paid is refunded in full.

Delivery, returns and refunds are covered by our shipping policy and return policy.

All game content, card text, artwork, names and logos belong to Gamzoo. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. See also our legal disclaimer.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
